Client contacted us to stain her 1 year old deck with a penetrating oil stain. We elected to use TWP deck stain and she selected the color dark oak. Our standard process for wood restoration includes applying a cleaner or stripper, pressure washing and then applying a wood brightener. We sand the top rail and cover shrubs before applying stain.
We always give people the option for floor sanding but its not always needed. This customer chose not to have floor sanding done and the deck turned out beautiful. We stained quite a few decks in Lakeville this year.
