We’re a relatively small company, operating a few painting crews. We’ve had increased demand year after year but we want to be smart about our growth. We want to hire and train people that fit best with our company culture so we can build a team we’re proud of. Due to a smaller company size, our service area is smaller during the summer and our schedule fills up fairly quickly.
