Before Painting Cabinets
After cabinets are painted in Shakopee

Project Description

Aimee contacted us because she wanted to update the majority of her main level.  She had a fairly large project including painting her kitchen cabinets, hallway cabinets, garage entry cabinets, a bathroom vanity and base trim.  In addition we also painted her ceilings and walls.  The wood species is maple and roughly 10 years old.  She ultimately wanted a brighter, elegant feel to her main lvl and did not like the darkness from the stained finish.

Color Selections

Aimees mother was a designer and she helped her with color selections.  For the majority of the cabinets, doors and trim she chose BM Linen White OC-146.  For the accents, hallways cabinets and various other pieces she went with the color Gropius Gray H0147.  Most of the walls were painted with the color Storm AF-700

Project Challenges

With the sheer size of the project we had a lot of cabinet doors to transport back and forth from the shop to her home.  This was project was done during fall of 2021 so Covid made everything just a little more difficult whether it was employees getting ill or a client getting ill.  Luckily on this project everything went pretty smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome!
